About this Event
Destress and take an hour-long virtual yoga class with TU's Office of Sustainability.
The first half will begin with a breathing exercise to help with mindfulness, and continue to poses you can perform at your desk or by using your chair as a prop.
The second half will include gentle movement and stretching on the floor, and end with savasana on your back. Join in for the first half, the second, or both! Registration required at bit.ly/YogaWithOS.
