The Women in Science Forum at Towson University provides an arena for science and mathematics teachers, students interested in careers in science and mathematics, and scientists and mathematicians from academia and industry to meet, network, and hear about the research of nationally known scientists and mathematicians. It is also a gathering in which we all learn about the varied career paths of women scientists and mathematicians and consider some of the issues involved in the decision to enter the discipline.
