Tigers Lead is a leadership development program that guides students in discovering themselves as a leader and developing critical and tangible leadership skills and strategies through hands-on activities and dialogue. In this workshop, we will introduce the five practices of Exemplary Leadership and understand which practices you’re great at already, and which you’d like to fine-tune still. Whether you Model the Way, Challenge the Process, or any other practice, you have the ability to be an exemplary leader with these five key practices in mind!
