Towson University Dance Company members take the stage in celebration of a 50-year legacy. Since the 1972 founding by Helene Breazeale, the TU Dance Company and its alumni have continued to grow and soar to new heights. The golden anniversary program features a new collaboration of faculty members Runqiao Du, Alison Seidenstricker, and Vincent Thomas, as well as repertory works by Merge Project guest artist Ephrat Asherie, and ballet repertory faculty Susan Mann. The celebration continues with an excerpt of La Bayadere, restaged by Runqiao Du.
