Tigers Lead is a leadership development program that guides students in discovering themselves as a leader and developing critical and tangible leadership skills and strategies through hands-on activities and dialogue. The program is fun, interactive, and meant to accommodate a student’s busy schedule and their unique interests! Join us for a fun and engaging workshop to help you become your best leader. In this workshop, students will understand the meaning of and how to articulate their top 5 talents. In addition to understanding how to apply their strengths to reach goals and overcome challenges. Lastly, students will build confidence in their leadership by understanding the value of their unique strengths. 

Before attending this workshop, please be sure you have completed the Clifton Strengths assessment and located your top 5 strengths via towson.gallup.com using your TU login credentials. 

 Are you a leader? YES! Join us for a fun and engaging workshop where we discuss different ideas and beliefs about leadership, and our ideal qualities in a leader. Please note that you must arrive within ten minutes of the workshop’s start time in order to receive credit towards Tigers Lead or Tiger Stripes. If you attend and stay for the entire workshop, you will automatically be entered into a drawing to win Lead@TU swag at the end of the workshop!
