Are you concerned about climate change? Would you like to see more green spaces, cleaner energy, healthier food options, new biking amenities, and additional funding for sustainability research? Then stop by Freedom Square on October 2 from 10 am to 2 pm to contribute your thoughts to the university’s first Sustainability & Climate Action Plan (SCAP).

The SCAP will provide a road map for mitigating greenhouse gas emissions, adapting to climate impacts, and increasing campus sustainability and resilience. It is part of a larger comprehensive planning initiative to shape the future of our campus through three interconnected strategic plans that will guide our physical development, sustainability commitments, and energy systems over the next decade.
