Join Group Fitness for one of our summer classes from May 30 - July 20! Registration is suggested to secure your spot, but is not required. Please register through the TU Campus Rec mobile app or visit recreation.towson.edu

Monday:

  • Pilates: 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. at the Mind-Body Studio

Tuesday:

  • Cycle: 12:30-1:15 p.m. at the Cycle Studio
  • Cycle: 5:15-6 p.m. at the Cycle Studio

Wednesday:

  • TRX & Kettlebell Bootcamp: 1:30-2:15 p.m. at the Functional Floor
  • Yoga: 4-4:45 p.m. at the Mind-Body Studio

Thursday:

  • Cycle: 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. at the Cycle Studio
  • Yoga: 4-4:45 p.m. at the Mind-Body Studio

Friday:

  • Cycle: 12:30-1:15 p.m. at the Cycle Studio
