Play with balance, focus, and core strength by taking your yoga practice to the pool! This FREE stand-up paddle board (SUP) inspired class will guide you through both standing and seated poses all while balancing on your board. All levels welcome! Helmets and personal flotation devices will be provided to participants. Athletic clothes or swimwear recommended. Registration opens 24 hours prior to event.
