A series of monthly forums for the Black student community to engage in discussions about social justice and mental health and participate in mindfulness and meditation activities. It is our hope to provide a space where students can openly address subjects like minority stress, burnout, and social pain while learning effective strategies for coping with these and other related stressors.  Come join us monthly at the Umoja Lounge UU 313 from 5pm to 6:30pm on the following days for this fun learning experience: Tu 02/21 #ProtectYourPeace: Wellness & Black Identity, Th 03/16 #ProtectYourPeace: We are Not a Monolith, Tu 04/18 #ProtectYourPeace: Between Me & the World, and Tu 05/19 #ProtectYourPeace: My Community & Me. Refreshments will be served.
