Towson University, 8000 York Rd, Towson, MD 21252, USA
https://involved.towson.edu/event/12325344All students are invited to attend this open session of the introductory workshop: CliftonStrengths 101.
CliftonStrengths 101 is an engaging introduction to Gallup’s strengths-based philosophy, designed to help Towson University students discover and apply their unique talents. In this interactive session, participants will review their CliftonStrengths results, explore the power of positive psychology, and learn how their dominant themes influence success in academics, leadership, and everyday life. Through guided reflection, partner activities, and practical strategies, students will gain a deeper understanding of their strengths, how to manage blind spots, and ways to integrate their talents into daily routines and goal setting. This workshop provides the foundation for building confidence, fostering collaboration, and unlocking personal potential.
This workshop is open to any interested student but requires participants to complete the CliftonStrengths assessment in advance and bring their results with them. More information on how to complete the assessment can be found here.
This workshop is part of the Tiger Stripes calendar. Recognized Student Organizations will earn points for members fully participating and engaging in the workshop, including arriving on time and staying for the full duration.
