Sam (she/they) is a consent educator and facilitator at Nourished Heart Collective. They design workshops that center body-mind connection, embodied skill-building, and trauma-informed learning. Sam has trained with the School of Consent, Consent Wizardry, and the Amina Institute. Their work is shaped by queer and “in-between” identities and a commitment to liberatory practice.
