Among the greatest threats posed by ISIS is its capacity to connect with populations in nearly every region of the world. Dr. Valiyev, Associate Provost and Professor, Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy University and Fulbright Scholar at American University, discusses ISIS and its implications for security in Eurasia.
