For Menstrual Health Week, join Group Fitness for a Period Flow Yoga class on Thursday, Nov. 17 from 5-6 p.m. in the Mind-Body Studio. 

This class can help reduce symptoms of your menstrual cycle. It will explore yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance and strength—whether or not you have symptoms. 

Register on the TU Campus Rec App or at recreation.towson.edu.
