To help students stress less, Group Fitness will be hosting a Meet Me at Barre class on Monday, May 2 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Mind/Body Studio.
Explore the mind-body mix of Pilates, yoga, and barre exercises used by dancers in this barefoot work out that improves posture, muscle tone and grace.
