This workshop will address hot topics related to financial wellness. Attendees will learn how to understand credit and credit reports. In addition, we will discuss how to avoid frauds/scams related to job hunting, renting/buying a home, and paying for higher education. Attendees will learn how to spot, avoid, and report frauds that could impact their financial well-being.

This workshop will be presented by Andrew Rayo, a Consumer Education Specialist in the Federal Trade Commission’s Division of Consumer and Business Education. Mr. Rayo graduated from Towson University in May 2017 with B.S. degrees in English and Theatre. He also graduated from the TU Honors College and is an alumni of TU’s Iota Delta chapter of the Kappa Kappa Psi service fraternity.
