Youngborg uses digital technologies to create immersive installations. Through techniques of glitch, loss, and layering, Youngborg uses the archive in conjunction with contemporary data to try and recreate a ghost without its community, ultimately questioning the role of data, archives, and reproduction in understanding place, loss and memory.

Reception February 6 following the 6:30 p.m. lecture.
