Join the Healthy Minds Peer Education for a two-day resiliency workshop! In our remote world, it has been hard to navigate our inability to control many things happening in our lives. The Healthy Minds peer educators want to help you identify the things you CAN control and focus on building resilience.
On day 1 (March 25th at 6pm), students will be lead through a guided activity identifying stressors/worries and their attached emotions. They will then work on identifying coping skills and will walk through a guided meditation activity.
On day 2 (March 26th at 5pm), students will design their own self-care plans based on the dimensions of wellness.
*Students who attend both dates will be mailed a self-care package complete with t-shirts, essential oils, journals, tea packages, and more!
