The Healthy Minds Peer Educators host an annual Be Kind to Your Mind Week (BKTYM) of events that lead up to the Out of the Darkness Walk for Suicide Prevention.
Each day of BKTYM Week is focused on a different one of the 5 senses! For this activity we're focusing on SIGHT!
Join us on Thursday, April 22nd at 7pm as we make calming glitters jars and practice mindful deep breathing exercises. Registration for this event is required and closes on Monday April 12th. Once registered you will be contacted to collect your mailing information. All glitter jar materials will be mailed to you before the day of the event.
This event is open to faculty, staff, and students.
