Antigone/Cacophony | A devised work

Antigone/Cacophony | A devised work

directed by Fargo Nissim Tbakhi

Antigone/Cacophony is not a retelling, but an also-telling. Using the framework of the Antigone myth as a starting place, this devised project will explore the different forms of grief, resistance, and power that shape our everyday lives. Through collective conversation, collaboration, and exploration, we will create a performance that asks who is allowed to be grieved and who is not, and what happens when we decide to trouble those borders.

May contain material recommended for mature audiences.
Proceeds benefit the TU Foundation.
