The Department of Mass Communication presents the Annual Media Summit, “Humor and Satire in the Media: Healing through Laughter during a Pandemic.” The event will be held from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. April 19 on Zoom. Panelists from academia and the media industry will discuss how humor and satire have impacted media production, professional work in the field, and our daily lives during the past two years of the pandemic.
