1:15–2:00 PM: Business and Anchor Institution Partnerships to Aid Workforce Development
Kurt Sommer, Director, Baltimore Integration Partnership, will lead a panel highlighting new initiatives and strategies that businesses and higher education institutions are taking to bolster local school capacity, grow student achievement, and prepare individuals for careers.
2:05–3:15 PM: Defining Opportunity Youth and the Economic Conditions and Workforce Impacts of Opportunity Youth
Jason Perkins-Cohen, Director, Mayor's Office of Employment Development, will lead a panel discussion on creating real pathways into the workforce for opportunity youth and what businesses are doing to hire and support these individuals.
3:20–4:30 PM: A Look at Neuro-Diversity and the Economic Conditions and Workforce Impacts of Neuro-Diversity
A panel discussion will highlighting how business owners are successfully integrating neuro-diverse individuals into their workplaces and how these programs can be supported and sustained.
4:30–5:30 PM: Networking Reception
